2013—2015年丹东口岸输入性疟疾回顾性分析

摘要
目的分析丹东口岸输入性疟疾的流行特征,为口岸输入性疟疾监测和防控工作提供参考。方法对2013年1月-2015年12月间在丹东国际旅行卫生保健中心进行疟疾检测的归国、入境人员进行医学排查、实验室检测和流行病学调查,对检出的疟疾进行回顾性分析。结果 2013年1月-2015年12月,对481份血液样本进行疟疾检测,检出疟疾12例,检出率为2.49%,全部为输入性疟疾,其中恶性疟9例,间日疟2例,三日疟1例;大多为中国籍男性,主要是赴非洲劳务归国人员,在境外均有发病史。结论丹东口岸面临输入性疟疾的威胁,在疟疾防控工作中应重点关注赴非洲劳务输出群体。
Objective To retrospectively analyze epidemic characteristics of imported malaria cases at Dandong port,to provide a reference for the surveillance,prevention and control of malaria.Methods From January 2013 to December 2015,the entry persons were screened for malaria,and the detection of malaria were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 481 blood samples were collected,and 12 cases of imported malaria were detected,with the positive rate was 2.49%.9 cases were falciparum malaria,2 cases were vivax malaria,and 1 case was malariae malaria among the 12 cases.Most of the cases were Chinese abroad labors returned from African.Conclusion Facing the imported malaria occurrence in Dandong port,the prevention and control of malaria should be focus on the labors went to Africa.
