摘要
目的:探讨宫腔水造影联合经阴道三维超声(3D-TVS)诊断子宫内膜息肉的价值。方法:选择66例临床疑为宫腔内膜息肉患者分别行经阴道二维超声(2D-TVS)、3D-TVS及宫腔水造影检查,并以宫腔镜病理结果作为"金标准",分析宫腔水造影结合3D-TVS诊断内膜息肉的价值。结果:2D-TVS诊断内膜息肉的敏感度、特异度、准确率分别为78.95%、44.44%、74.24%;3D-TVS分别为82.46%、66.67%、80.30%;宫腔水造影结合3D-TVS分别为96.49%、77.78%、93.94%。结论:宫腔水造影结合3D-TVS在诊断内膜息肉方面较单独应用2D-TVS、3D-TVS有明显优势,可为临床早期诊治提供重要依据。
        Objective:To evaluate the value of saline infusion sonohysterography combined with three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasonography(3 D-TVS) in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps. Methods:A total of 66 patients(who were suspected endometrial polyps) were examined by two-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound(2 D-TVS),3 D-TVS and saline infusion sonohysterography. Then with hysteroscopy results as the "gold standard",the value of saline infusion sonohysterography combined with 3 D-TVS in diagnosis of endometrial polyps was analyzed. Results:The sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic accordance rate of 2 D-TVS and 3 D-TVS in diagnosing endometrial polyps were respectively 78.95%,44.44%,74.24% and 82.46%,66.67%,80.30%. While sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic accordance rate of saline infusion sonohysterography combined with 3 D-TVS were 96.49%,77.78%,93.94%. Conclusion:Saline infusion sonohysterography combined with 3 D-TVS has obvious advantages in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps than only 2 D-TVS,3 D-TVS,which can provide reliable information for early clinical treatment.
