摘要
为实现医药人才培养目标和建设"双师型"教师队伍,提高药理学教师的临床教学能力,本文就药理学教师提升临床实践能力的必要性、参与模式、实践内容及实效性展开思考。
To achieve the goal of medical personnel training and build a team of " double-qualified " teachers,improve the clinical teac-hing ability of pharmacology teachers. This paper discusses the necessity, participation mode,practice content and effectiveness of pharmacology teachers to improve their clinical practice ability.
