摘要
目的研究毛序准噶尔乌头Aconitum soongaricum Stapf var.pubescens Steinb.的化学成分。方法毛序准噶尔乌头80%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位采用硅胶、反相、Sephadex LH-20、制备柱进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为山柰酚-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(1)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(2)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(3)、对羟基肉桂酸甲酯(4)、4-羟基苯基-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、(3S,5R,6R,7E,9S)-3,5,6,9-tetrahydroxy-7-en-megastigmane(6)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
        AIM To study the chemical constituents from Aconitum soongaricum Stapf var. pubescens Steinb..METHODS The ethyl acetate fraction of 80% ethanol extract from Aconitum soongaricum var. pubescens was isolated and purified by silica,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and preparative column,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by spectral data. RESULTS Six compounds were isolated and identified as kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside(1),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside(2),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside(3),p-hydroxy cinnamic methyl ester(4),4-hydroxyphenyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),(3 S,5 R,6 R,7 E,9 S)-3,5,6,9-tetrahydroxy-7-en-megastigmane(6). CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
