经济欠发达地区高校学科建设理性思考

摘要
学科建设是高校事业发展的核心抓手,学科强,则大学兴;学科弱,则大学衰。位于经济欠发达地区的河南高校,在学科建设上存在高水平人才不足、学科发展不均衡、一流学科数量过少、服务区域经济发展能力不强等问题。造成这些困境,既有国家政策、省域投入上的影响,也有高校自身的问题。在这种情况下,作为经济欠发达地区的河南高校,其学科建设只有紧紧扭住人才队伍建设这个"牛鼻子",坚持"整体推进、突出优势、彰显特色"的发展思路,才能实现弯道超车,后发至上。
The discipline construction is the core of the development of universities. The strength of a university depends on its discipline strength. However,as the underdeveloped region,there are a series problems exist in the colleges and universities of Henan province,such as high level talent shortage,unbalanced development of disciplines,little number of first-class disciplines,the weak of development capabilities for serving regional economy,and so on. The above existing difficulties are not merely due to the influence of the national policy and the provincial investment,but the reasons of the university itself. Under the circumstances,the discipline construction of colleges and universities in Henan province need to seize tightly talent team,adhere to the development ideas of"advance on the whole,strengthen the advantages,highlight the characteristics",to achieve the curve overtaking.
