土耳其推进残疾人高等教育公平的举措及启示

摘要
土耳其已经形成了以残疾人高等教育公平为目标导向,政府、大学、社会机构等多元主体协同合作,共同实现土耳其残疾人高等教育公平的格局。土耳其残疾人高等教育公平事业的举措,可启示我国政府应做好顶层设计,进一步完善法律法规;我国高校应深化对残疾人高等教育公平的理解,为残疾学生提供教育支持;社会力量应积极参与残疾人高等教育公平建设。
Turkey has established a framework of fair higher education for disabled people, aiming at higher education for disabled people and the cooperation between the government, universities and social institutions. This can be used for reference in China, where the government should prepare a top-level design and consummate laws and regulations, colleges and universities should deepen the understanding of fair higher education for disabled people and provide disabled students with educational support, and social forces should actively participate in fair higher education for disabled people.
