虫草清肺胶囊治疗慢性支气管炎的随机对照试验

摘要
目的探讨虫草清肺胶囊治疗慢性支气管炎的疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将136例确诊为慢性支气管炎的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组68例。对照组给予抗炎、平喘、化痰、止咳等常规支持疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上给予虫草清肺胶囊治疗。连续治疗14 d后,比较两组痰量、白细胞计数变化、临床主要症状消失时间等情况。结果观察组有效率为91.18%,对照组有效率为75.00%,观察组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后观察组痰量评分、白细胞计数明显降低,临床症状消失时间明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的炎性指标水平均下降,且观察组TNF-α、hs-CRP及IL-8水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论虫草清肺胶囊对慢性支气管炎具有良好的治疗效果,可显著改善患者临床症状,降低炎性反应。
Objective To explore the curative effect of Cordyceps Qingfei Capsule on chronic bronchitis. Methods136 patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups with 68 cases in each group. The control group was given routine supportive therapy such as anti-inflammatory, antiasthmatic, phlegm-resolving and cough-relieving. The observation group was given Cordyceps Qingfei Capsule on the basis of the control group. After 14 days of continuous treatment,sputum volume, white blood cell count and disappearance time of main clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 91.18%, and that of the control group was 75.00%. The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the sputum volume score and white blood cell count in the observation group were significantly decreased after treatment, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms was significantly shortened, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of inflammatory indicators in both groups decreased, and the levels of TNF-a, hs-CRP and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cordyceps Qingfei Capsule has a good therapeutic effect on chronic bronchitis, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory reaction.
