外贴式液位计在移动式液氯槽车上的应用

摘要
介绍了陕西声科SK-WYLXWM3NBHD型外贴式液位计在移动式液氯槽车上的应用,并结合其他类型的液位计的测量原理和结构特点,阐述该外贴式液位计在该应用上的优异性,以及该种液位计的测量原理,安装方式和硬件、软件的特性。该应用成功地解决了移动式液氯槽车的液位计选型及信号远传问题,为类似工况的液位测量问题提供参考。
This paper introduces the application of Shanxi Shengke SK-WYLXWM3 NBHD externally attached liquid level gauge in the mobile liquid chlorine tank truck. And it combines the measurement principle and structural characteristics of other types of liquid level gauge to explain the superiority of such externally attached liquid level gauge in this application, the measurement principle of the liquid level gauge, the installation method and the characteristics of hardware and software. This application successfully solves the problem of liquid level meter selection and signal remote transmission of mobile liquid chlorine tank trucks, and provides reference for liquid level measurement problems in similar working conditions.
