Recurrence is one of the important clinical features and treatment obstacles of psoriasis. Its recurrence often occurs in the remission area of the primary lesions, suggesting that the recurrence of psoriasis is related to the "immune memory".Tissue resident memory T cells(T_(RM)) are the important members of memory T cells. The permanent characteristics of T_(RM) cells have the features of long-lived survival and lowmigration in the skin.It has been suggested that the T_(RM) cells play an important role in the recurrence of psoriasis. This article reviews the research progress of biological characteristics of T_(RM) cells and their participation in the recurrence of psoriasis.
