摘要
介绍了聚酯玻纤布复配及其沥青卷材的制备,从抗水抗冻融、抗老化、层间粘结和永久变形等方面对聚酯玻纤布沥青卷材和SBS改性沥青防水卷材的性能进行对比分析。结果表明,基质沥青用粘层油在1.0 kg/m2时效果最好;聚酯玻纤布沥青卷材具有更好的高温水稳定性、抗老化性和抗永久变形能力。
        The preparation process and preparation method of waterproof material made of asphalt added fiberglass-polyester paving mat were systematically described,the performances of the new waterproofing membrane and SBS asphalt membrane were compared and analyzed from the aspects of water resistance,freeze-thaw resistance, aging resistance,interlayer bonding and permanent deformation. The results showed that the best effect was obtained when the layer oil used in the matrix asphalt was at 1.0 kg/m~2,fiberglass-polyester paving mat asphalt waterproof material had better high temperature water stability,ageing resistance and resistance to permanent deformation
