共同配送下城市快递末端网点布局研究

摘要
城市快递末端配送服务的客户位置分散,派送时易与客户存在严重的时间冲突,并且城市快递末端共同配送中心位于市内,很难找到闲置的土地建设大型配送中心。因此提出将快递末端区域共同配送中心和自提网点设置在居民小区,基于AP算法与改进引力模型等方法对城市配送区域进行划分,并在各划分区域内确定快递末端共同配送中心的位置;运用Voronoi图对各末端网点的服务范围进行了划分。最后选取某市的实际数据作为算例,对该方法的可行性予以验证,验证结果可为该城市快递共同配送末端网点布局规划提供一种新思路。
        The location of customers in the urban express delivery service is scattered and there is a serious time conflict with the customers when dispatching,and the urban express delivery terminal joint distribution center is located in the city. It is hard to find idle land to construct a large-scale distribution center. Therefore,it is proposed to set terminal joint distribution centers and the self-pick up networks in the communities. Based on the AP algorithm and improved gravity model,large-scale distribution area is divided into small zones and the location of joint distribution center is determined. The Voronoi diagram is used to divide the service scope of each terminal as well. At last,the method proposed is tested by actual data of a city and the feasibility has been verified,it can provide a new idea for the current urban express delivery joint distribution end point layout planning.
