基于Mini-CEX情景模拟结合应急预案在胸心血管外科护士培训考核中的应用

摘要
目的探讨基于迷你临床演练评量(mini-CEX)情景模拟结合应急预案培训考核方式在胸心血管外科护士培训考核中的应用效果。方法采用自身对照研究方法,选择2017年胸心血管外科23名护士作为研究对象,根据改良式Mini-CEX情景模拟结合应急预案考核评分表的考核内容对护士进行针对性培训,培训前后使用改良式Mini-CEX评分表进行考核,评价护士培训前后的考核情况,统计岗位胜任力得分和胸心血管外科相关理论知识考试得分,收集护士对考核方式的满意度评分和患者对护士的满意度评分。结果培训后的护士改良式Mini-CEX评分量表总得分为(92.30±1.72)分,相关理论知识考试得分为(92.25±3.47)分,岗位胜任力自评得分为(124.87±9.38)分及护长评分为(121.61±8.72)分,均优于培训前的(90.98±2.09)分、(84.87±6.61)分、(104.48±14.46)分及(98.87±14.75)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士对考核方式的满意度为100%,患者对护士工作的满意度为90.6%,均处于较高水平。结论改良式Mini-CEX情景模拟结合应急预案的应用有助于提高护士临床综合能力,值得在临床护士培训中推广。
        Objective To discusses the application effect of mini Clinical Exercise Evaluation(mini-CEX) scenario simulation combined with Emergency Plan training assessment method in the training assessment of thoracic and cardiovascular surgery nurses. Methods Using the method of self-control method, 23 nurses of thoracic cardiovascular surgery were selected as the research subjects in 2017. The nurses were trained according to the evaluation content of the improved mini-CEX scenario simulation combined with the Emergency Plan Assessment Scale, and then evaluated by improved mini-CEX Scale before and after the training. The job competency scores, test scores of thoracic and cardiovascular surgery related theoretical knowledge, the nurses' satisfaction with the assessment method, and the patients' satisfaction with the nurses' work were recorded. Results After the training, the improved mini-CEX score, the test score of relevant theoretical knowledge, the self-assessment score of job competency, and the score rated by head nurses were92.30±1.72, 92.25±3.47, 124.87±9.38, and 121.61±8.72, significantly better than 90.98±2.09, 84.87±6.61, 104.48±14.46,and 98.87±14.75 before the training(P<0.05). Nurses' satisfaction with the assessment method was 100%, and the patients' satisfaction with nurses' work was 90.6%, all at a high level. Conclusion The application of modified mini-CEX scenario simulation combined with Emergency Plan is helpful to improve the clinical comprehensive ability of nurses and is worthy of popularization in clinical nurse training.
