民办幼儿园园长专业素养的调查与思考

摘要
民办幼儿园园长专业素养是决定幼儿园质量的关键因素。以中国、美国、加拿大、新西兰四国《幼儿园园长专业标准》核心指标为依据,对938名民办幼儿园园长开展专业素养自我评估问卷调查发现,当前还存在大量民办幼儿园园长专业背景尚未达到国家标准;在园长专业素养中,民办幼儿园园长对组织领导素养较为自信,教学领导素养比较薄弱,价值领导素养最为薄弱。为提升民办幼儿园园长专业素养,应落实园长准入标准,严把园长"入门关";激发民办幼儿园园长发展的内部动力;制定民办幼儿园园长职后培训体系和保障民办幼儿园园长权益。
The director of private kindergartens is one of the key factors in deciding kindergartens' quality.Based on the core indicators of the Professional Quality of Kindergartens' President in China,the United States,Canada and New Zealand,this study conducted a professional self-assessment questionnaire survey on 938 private kindergarten leaders. The results show that:at present,there are still a great number of private kindergarten directors whose professional backgrounds have not yet reached the national standard;in the professional quality,the private kindergarten directors are more confident in the organization leadership qualities,the teaching leadership qualities are weaker,and the value leadership qualities are the weakest. In order to improve the professional quality of the private kindergarten directors,we should implement the director's access standards and strictly abide by the director's"entry barrier",inspire the internal development of private kindergarten directors,formulate the post-employment training system and guarantee their rights and interests.
