新时期民办高职院校基层党建组织力提升路径探究

摘要
民办高职院校基层党支部是我国基层党支部的重要组成部分,是我国高校教育体制中教书育人的重要载体。新时期提升高职院校基层党建组织力,需立足新时代民办高职院校的具体情况,主要从合理优化党支部的结合、加强党支部骨干队伍差异化建设、规范党支部日常工作等方面着手,立足自身,坚定党的路线方针政策,切实提升党支部的组织力,可有效发挥党支部的凝聚力,增强党支部的战斗力及教书育人的实践力,为我党培养现代化建设的可靠接班人。
The grassroot Party branch of private higher vocational colleges is an important part of the grassroot Party branch of our country and an important carrier of teaching and educating people in the educational system of our colleges and universities.In order to enhance the organizational strength of grassroot Party construction in higher vocational colleges in the new era,we should base ourselves on the specific conditions of private higher vocational colleges in the new era,mainly from the aspects of rationally optimizing the combination of Party branches,strengthening the differential construction of the backbone teams of Party branches,standardizing the daily work of Party branches,and so on. The organizational strength of the Party branch can effectively exert the cohesion of the Party branch,enhance the combat effectiveness of the Party branch and the practical ability of teaching and educating people,and train reliable successors for the Party's modernization drive.
