摘要
目的通过统计沈阳某民营医院的医务人员流失数据和调查结果,分析民营医院医务人员流失的主要原因。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2015年12月期间沈阳某三级专科民营医院医务人员的在岗和离职数据,运用离职原因调查表对离职的医务人员进行问卷调查,并对数据进行统计分析。在数据分析的基础上,对医院行政领导进行访谈。结果医务人员总离职率年均为10.86%,护士的离职率最高,其次是医生的离职率,技师的离职率最低。大专学历、初级职称离职率最高。离职原因前三大原因是发展受限、改行其他领域和工作负荷重。结论民营医院应为医务人员提供一个个性化发展平台、建立合理的薪酬体系、营造健康和谐的工作氛围,吸引和留住医疗人才。
Objective By statistics in shenyang,a private hospital medical personnel loss data and the results of the survey and analysis of the main cause of civilian battalion hospital medical personnel loss. Methods Retrospective analysis in January 2013 to December 2015 in shenyang,a triple specialty of civilian battalion hospital medical staff on-the-job and departure data,using the leaving reason questionnaire to survey of medical staff leaving the company,and the data were statistically analyzed. On the basis of data analysis,to interview the hospital administrative leadership. Results Medical staff total annual turnover of around 10. 86%,nurses' turnover rate is highest,the second is the doctor's turnover rate,the lowest turnover of technicians. College degree,primary title highest turnover. Reason for leaving reason top three company limited is a development,turning in other areas and heavy work load. Conclusion Private hospitals should provide a personalized development platform for the medical staff,establishing reasonable salary system,create a healthy and harmonious working atmosphere,to attract and retain talent.
