摘要

随着医疗体制改革的不断加大,医院的经济管理模式已不再适合当前的社会经济发展需求。因此,医院应该在自身的经济管理中,有效应用全成本精细化管理方式,既提升自身的医疗服务质量,也实现对自身的成本控制,在提升医院的竞争力的同时,也增加了自身医院的经济效益。
        With the continuous increase of medical system reform, the economic management model of hospitals is no longer suitable for the current social and economic development needs. Therefore, hospitals should effectively apply the full cost fine management mode in their own economic management to improve the quality of their medical service and realize cost control. In addition to enhancing the competitiveness of hospitals, they should also increase the economic benefits of their own hospitals.
