摘要
某型炮弹自动拆解生产线采用气动元件作为拆解过程各动作的执行元件。通过介绍该生产线的工作流程,描述了其气控系统组成,并对单个气缸与整个系统的最大耗气量、平均耗气量进行了计算,同时还计算了空压机的需求输出压力与输出流量、储气罐容积,计算所得结果可为类似生产线的气动回路设计、空压机选型、储气罐容积设计等提供理论参考。
        Pneumatic components were used as the actuators for each action of the disassembly process of the automatic dismantling production line of a type of shell. The workflow of the production line was introduced,and meanwhile the composition of the air control system was described. The maximum air consumption and average air consumption of the single cylinder and the whole system were calculated. The required output pressure and output flow of the air compressor were calculated simultaneously. The calculated results can provide theoretical references for pneumatic circuit design,air compressor selection,and gas tank volume design of similar production lines.
