中年人循经感传与中医体质的相关性研究

摘要
目的:探讨中年人循经感传与中医体质的相关性。方法:选取呼和浩特市中蒙医院门诊及住院的中年人243例,对其进行体质判定,并予以循经感传测定,采用Logistic多因素回归分析初步探讨中年群体中与循经感传出现有关的中医体质类型。结果:9种体质的感传阳性出现率所占比例由大到小为:特禀质、平和质、阴虚质、阳虚质、气虚质、湿热质、痰湿质、气郁质、血瘀质。中年人群中平和质(P=0.001)在循经感传出现中起到正向影响。结论:体质可能是影响PSC出现的因素之一,平和质为PSC现象出现的易感体质,临床可利用其提高循经感传出现率,从而提高针刺疗效,此研究具有较高的应用价值与临床意义。
Objective:To explore the relativity of the propagated sensation along meridian(PSM) and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) constitution of middle-aged person.Methods:Two hundred and forty-three cases of middle-aged people from outpatient and inpatient of Hohhot Sino-Mongolia Hospital were selected,and they were ultimately included after constitution estimate and PSM examination.The TCM constitution type related to the occurring of PSM was preliminary discussed by Logistic multi factor regression analysis.Results:The positive rate proportion of PSM in nine kinds of physical constitutions from large to small were:special intrinsic quality,gentleness,yin deficiency,yang deficiency,qi deficiency,damp heat,phlegm dampness,qi stagnation and blood stasis.There was a positive effect of the gentleness constitution(P=0.001) of PSM in the middleaged population.Conclusion:The constitution may be one of the factors of the appearance of PSC.Gentleness constitution is susceptible PSC phenomenon,which can be used to increase the appearance of clinical PSM rate,so as to improve the curative effect of acupuncture.This study has high application value and clinical significance.
