试述中医康复的内涵、优势和发展趋势

摘要
中医康复学的概念是在1980年代后提出的一种康复理论,虽然它的出现晚于现代康复。但在中国医学历史长河中,中医康复学具有悠久的历史和丰富的内容,是我国传统医学中的精华所在。中医康复医学同时具备中医学和现代康复学两个特征,两者之间互相融合,相互依托。尤其在经过多年的发展和研究后,中医康复医疗已具备较为完善的理论基础。中医康复医疗不仅能实现现代学康复的科学性,也能从整体观念和辨证论治方面发挥中医诊疗的优势,组建具有中医特色的康复医学科。
The concept of rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine is a rehabilitation theory proposed after 1980 s,which appeared later than modern rehabilitation.However,in the long history of Chinese medical history,Chinese medicine rehabilitation has a long history and rich content,which is the essence of traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation medicine has both the characteristics of Chinese medicine and modern rehabilitation.The two are mutually integrated and rely on each other.Especially after many years of development and research,Chinese medicine rehabilitation medical science has a relatively complete theoretical basis.Rehabilitation medicine of traditional Chinese medicine can not only achieve the scientific nature of rehabilitation in modern learning,it can also make full use of the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment in terms of overall concepts and syndrome differentiation and treatment,and establishes rehabilitation medicine departments with Chinese characteristics.
