朝医四象体质的针刺感应研究

摘要
目的:通过观察朝医四象体质的穴位针刺感应差异,探讨脏器大小与经络经穴针感之间的关联。方法:健康人为对象,以填写辨象设问表以及专家研讨的方式进行朝医辨象,并检测穴位针刺感应,比较组间的得气反应。结果:太阴人的足三里穴针刺传导感低于少阳人、少阴人的合谷穴无针感多于少阳人、左右侧足三里和合谷四个穴位均无针感的有2名均为太阴人。结论:"过热"体质的少阳人针刺感应强于"气涩"体质的太阴人与"过冷"体质的少阴人,证明针刺感应与体质-经络-内脏之间的密切相关性。
Objective With differential needling inductions on Sasang's constitutions acupoints,connections between viscera size and meridian acupoint induction are studied. Methods Korean Medicine Sasang is distinguished with questioning table by experts and needling induction is tested on acupoints to compare needling sensitive reaction between groups of Sasang. Results Conductive induction of Taiyin is less than Shaoyang when needling on Zusanli point; Shaoyin with no needling induction on Hegu point is more than Shaoyang; Two persons with no needling induction all on four right- left Zusanli and Hegu points are both Taiyin. Conclusion Shaoyang people with 'superheating'' constitution are more sensitive to the needling induction than Taiyin with 'undercooling'' constitution,which draws a conclusion that there is connection between needling induction and constitution- meridian- viscera.
