摘要
针对目前浮选设备入料浓度低、处理量小、难以适应较高浓度煤泥浮选等一系列问题。设计了一种新型的浮选设备—充气旋流微泡浮选柱。通过不同浓度下对浮选机、旋流微泡浮选柱和充气旋流微泡浮选柱的试验结果表明:在充气量0.5 m3/h时,随入料浓度增加0.25~0.5 mm粗粒煤泥占入料量也增加,100、120、140 g/L 3种入料质量浓度水平下粗粒煤泥占入料量分别为12.72%、15.29%、17.24%,入料浓度140 g/L时,充气旋流微泡浮选柱精煤产率81.27%,精煤灰分11.67%,对各个浮选设备的精煤产品进行筛分发现充气旋流微泡浮选柱与普通旋流微泡浮选柱相比对0.25~0.5 mm粗煤泥的回收率增加了3.13%,在保证精煤灰分低于11.5%的条件下,入料浓度的增加有利于充气旋流微泡浮选柱对粗粒煤泥的浮选。
        Flotation equipment has many problems at present time, such as low concentration of the feed and incapability of coal slurry flotation at high concentration. To solve these problems, designed a new type of flotation equipment-Inflatable Cyclonic Micro-bubble Flotation Column(ICMFC), through the comparison of flotation machine, common swirl micro-bubble flotation column and ICMFC. The analysis shows that: the inflating volume is at 0.5 m3/h, with the concentration increasing from 100,120, 140 g/L, the coarse fraction′s portion(0.25~0.5 mm) in clean product also saw a rise, at 12.72%,15.29% and 17.24% individually(take the whole feed as 100%). When the feed concentration is 140g/L,the coal production of ICMFC is 81.27%, coal ash is 11.67%,the screening results analysis of flotation concentrate of the three flotation equipments show that ICMFC has increased the recovery of coarse slime 0.25~0.5 mm by 3.13%,In ensuring clean coal ash content less than 11.5%, ICMFC has a better adaptability of high concentration coal slurry flotation.
