摘要
基于撬装式民用压缩天然气加气装置建设民用天然气充装站,是天然气分布式能源供应的重要组成部分,其安全建设是保证民用罐装天然气得以推广发展的重要前提。为此,开展了站内设施组成规划、站内作业场所危险有害因素分析和危险化学品重大危险源辨识,并在此基础上进行了站区外部安全环境设计、站内设施安全距离设计、站内消防设施设计和电气安全设计,可供行业安全发展参考。
        The construction of civil natural gas filling stations based on skid-mounted filling device of civil compressed natural gas is an important part of the distributed energy supply of natural gas. Its safety construction is an important prerequisite for ensuring the promotion and development of civil canned natural gas. Therefore, the planning of facility composition, analysis of dangerous and hazardous factors and identification of major hazard sources of hazardous chemicals in the station are carries out. On this basis, the external safety environment design of the station, safety distance design of the facilities in the station, design of fire protection facilities and electrical safety design in the station are carried out. This can provide reference for the safe development of the industry.
