摘要
为研究1139t/h四角切圆燃烧锅炉炉内气固两相流动问题,采用标准k-ε模型和DPM模型数值研究3种典型负荷下炉内流动特性及固体颗粒运动轨迹.研究结果表明:在不同负荷下四角射流均能形成稳定切圆,但炉内气流偏斜严重易引起水冷壁的结渣;100%负荷下在炉膛壁面产生漩涡,颗粒对水冷壁造成冲刷;炉内合适的煤粉粒径能够保证煤粉在炉内的停留时间.研究结果对锅炉的热态燃烧调整提供理论依据.
        To study the flow characteristics in furnace of a 1139 t/h tangentially fired supercritical pressure boiler,this paper carried out numerical simulation under different load with standard k-ε model.The solid pulverized coal particle flow trajectory in the furnace was also numerically simulated with DPM model.The simulation results show that the jets of four corner burners can form a stable tangential under the different load.The flue gas deflects seriously in furnace that leads to slag of water wall.The eddy appears on the wall under 100% load,and the particles erode furnace wall.The particle residence time in furnace is related to the particle size.The results of the study provide theoretical basis for the adjustment of boiler combustion.
