摘要
核电机组正常运行过程中需要控制好核岛内外差压,而岛内气动控制设备的用气量是影响内外差压的重要因素,因此需要对该用气量进行准确而稳定的计量。原涡轮流量计在使用过程中波动比较大,不能满足现场要求。本文详细论述了热式质量流量计在核岛仪用气源系统中的改造过程,通过改造前后测量值曲线的对比,可以发现热式质量流量在微小流量工况下的稳定性、精确性等指标均优于涡轮流量计。
Gas consumption for pneumatic control equipment is a very important factor to influence the internal and external differential pressure of nuclear island. It must be controlled strictly on operation, so the gas flux should be measured accurately. The turbine flow meter original used can't meet the requirement because the actual value is fluctuating. This article detailed describes the application of the thermal mass flow in instrument compressed air distribution system. Through comparing the final measure curve, the thermal mass flow is found better than the turbine mass flow in stability and maintenance-free.
