摘要
针对聚烯烃装置三乙基铝系统在火灾危险工况下的安全保护方面存在的问题,系统分析了安全联锁设计方案,对紧急关断阀的选型进行分析,在优化联锁逻辑的基础上,提出一种改进的仪表气源管线敷设方法。通过实际运行表明,改进的安全保护方案能够大大缩短在火灾危险工况下的阀门联锁动作时间。
For the safety problem of the aluminum triethyl system of the polyolefin device under the fire danger condition,the safety interlock system design scheme are analyzed,the design of emergency shut off valve is analyzed,on the basis of the optimization of interlocking logic,then an improved installation of instrument air piping is proposed. The actual operation shows that the improved safety protection scheme can greatly reduce the time of the valve operate in the fire risk condition.
