摘要
水煤浆气化炉在氧气投料点燃瞬间和锁斗卸渣时会产生管线振动,导致管线上安装的控制阀气源管接头松动,严重危及装置的生产安全。在总结设计经验的基础上,分析了水煤浆气化框架产生振动的原因,建议水煤浆气化框架上部分控制阀的气源管线采用金属软管,可避免振动产生的气源管接头松动问题。
Pipeline vibration will be generated when the coal slurry gasifier is ignited at the moment of oxygen feeding and the lock hopper is discharging,which will lead to loosening of instrument air pipe joint of the control valve,and safe production of the gasifier will be seriously endangered.On the basis of design experience,the vibration cause for framework for coal slurry gasification is investigated.It is suggested that flexible metal tubing should be used as instrument air pipe for some control valves on the coal slurry gasification framework to avoid the problem of loosening of instrument air source joint generated by vibration.
