摘要
针对QG400/300型汽前泵运行中存在严重内漏、冲刷、低负荷时转子串轴大以及电机过负荷、耗电大、泵效低的问题,提出了全面安全节能优化改造措施,实施后不仅解决了所有不安全问题,而且泵效率提高了21%~38%,最高运行效率达83.984%,居国内同类型领先水平,电流和耗电功率下降了50%以上,达到平均每小时节电650.75 kWh,年节电约468.54万k Wh。
        Aiming at the problems of serious internal leakage, erosion corrosion, big move in rotor axially and overload of the motor at low load, great power consumption and low efficiency, a comprehensive safety and energy saving optimization is proposed, not only all the security problems is solved,but also pump efficiency has increased by 21%~38%, and the maximum operating efficiency has reached 83.984%, the same level as the domestiv industry. The current and power consumption have decreased by more than 50%, reaching an average of 650.75 kWh per hour, and the annual power saving is about 46.85 million kWh.
