摘要
为监测近地面气溶胶颗粒,设计了基于单粒子光散射法的气溶胶质量浓度测量系统。通过高速AD9656转换器与FPGA多通道采集卡对前端光学传感器输出信号进行采集,并由STM32微控制器结合分形反演模型完成气溶胶质量浓度的测定,测量结果通过无线模块传输至云端。实验表明:对于烟尘和空气样品,分形模型反演的质量浓度值与标准值吻合较好,拟合直线斜率分别为0.962 57和0.906 38,相关系数均高于0.99,表明提出的气溶胶质量浓度测量系统具有一定的实用价值。
In order to detect near-surface aerosol particles,an aerosol mass concentration measurement system based on single-particle light scattering method was designed. The high-speed AD9656 converter and FPGA multi-channel acquisition circuit were used to collect the output signal of the front optical sensor. The STM32 micro-controller combing with the aerosol concentration fractal inversion model was applied to calculate the aerosol mass concentration. The measurement result was transmitted by wireless module to the cloud service platform. The experimental results show that the mass concentration values obtained by the fractal inversion model are in agreement with the standard values for smoke and air samples,and the fitting slope is 0. 962 57 and 0. 906 38,respectively,and the correlation coefficients are higher than 0.99,which indicates that the proposed aerosol mass concentration measurement system has a certain practical value.
