摘要
目前水资源日益枯竭,人类用水面临困难,而水中氯离子含量的高低更是影响着人类身体健康。基于此,提出离子色谱法在饮用水痕量氯离子检测中的应用。通过离子色谱法的基本原理,将检测方法分为仪器试剂的选取、色谱条件的选择、配置标准溶液、绘制标准曲线、水样处理五个环节进行,对饮用水痕量氯离子进行检测;本文设计的方法可用于饮用水痕量同时进行、精准地检测水中不同浓度范围的氯离子成分,操作方便简单,可以满足饮用水安全保证预示体系中对水质要求检测的目标。
        At present, water resources are depleting, human water is facing difficulties, and the level of chloride ions in water is affecting human health. Based on this, the application of ion chromatography in the detection of trace chloride ions in drinking water was proposed. Through the basic principle of ion chromatography, the detection method is divided into five parts: selection of instrument reagents, selection of chromatographic conditions, configuration of standard solution, drawing of standard curve and water sample treatment, and detection of trace chloride ions in drinking water; The method designed in this paper can be used for simultaneous detection of trace amounts of drinking water and accurate detection of chloride ion components in different concentration ranges in water. The operation is convenient and simple, and can meet the requirements of water quality requirements in the prediction system of drinking water safety assurance.
