玉屏风汤联合西药治疗老年2型糖尿病多汗症(卫表不固)随机平行对照研究

摘要
[目的]观察玉屏风汤联合西药治疗老年2型糖尿病多汗症(卫表不固)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将65例门诊患者按就诊顺序号抽签随机分为两组。对照组32例二甲双胍,0.25g/次,3次/d;维生素B1,5mg/次,3次/d;谷维素,10mg/次,3次/d。治疗组33例玉屏风汤(黄芪~生30g,白术15g,防风10g,麻黄根、浮小麦各30g,桂枝、白芍各10g),水煎300mL,早晚分服;阴虚加地黄~生30g,知母10g,丹皮、麦冬各15g;心悸加远志~炙15g,五味子20g,枣仁~炒30g;阳虚加淫羊藿10g,附子~炙9g;失眠加夜交藤15g,合欢皮20g;烦躁加郁金15g,栀子~炒10g;眩晕加天麻20g,石决明10g,~川牛膝15g;纳少加山楂~炒15g,麦芽~炒20g;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床表现、中医症状评分、生活质量评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程(4周),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效20例,有效9例,无效4例,总有效率87.87%;对照组显效13例,有效8例,无效11例,总有效率65.62%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。中医症状评分、生活质量评分两组均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]玉屏风汤联合西药治疗老年2型糖尿病多汗症(卫表不固),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Yupingfeng decoction combined with western medicine on hyperhidrosis of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus(Weibiao Bugu/卫表不固). [Method] 75 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots according to the order of visiting. The control group consisted of 32 cases of metformin, 0.25 g/time, 3 times/day; vitamin B1, 5 mg/time, 3 times/day; oryzanol, 10 mg/time,3 times/day. In the treatment group, 33 cases were treated with Yupingfeng decoction(Shenghuangqi 30 g,Baizhu 15 g, Fangfeng 10 g, Mahuanggen, Fuxiaomai each 30 g, Guizhi, Baishao each 10 g), decocted 300 mL,and divided into two groups in the morning and evening; Yin deficiency plus Shengdihuang 30 g, Zhimu 10 g,Danpi, Maidong each 15 g; Palpitation plus Yuzhi 15 g, Wuweizi 20 g, Chaocaoren 30 g; Yang deficiency plus Yinyanguo 10 g, Zhifuzi 9 g; Insomnia plus Yejiaoteng 15 g, Hehuanpi 20 g, Fidgety add Yujin 15 g, Chaozhizi 10 g; vertigo add Tianma 20 g, Shijueming 10 g, loss of appetite add Chaoshanza 15 g, Chaomaiya 20 g; western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks is a course of treatment. Clinical manifestations, TCM symptom score, quality of life score and adverse reactions were observed. One course of treatment(4 weeks) was used to determine the curative effect. [Result] In the treatment group, 20 cases were markedly effective, 9 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 87.87%. In the control group, 13 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases were effective and 11 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 65.62%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of TCM symptoms and quality of life were improved in both groups(P<0.05,P<0.01), and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Yupingfeng Powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile hyperhidrosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus(unstable satellite watch) has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion.
