摘要
目的建立经皮氧分压测定的质量控制管理,以确保经皮氧分压测定在使用中的安全、有效和可靠。方法针对电气安全性、准确性,多学科协作对经皮氧分压测定拟定了科学的、严谨的质量控制实施方案。结果定期检查操作,对发现的问题制定相应解决方法和改进措施。结论该方案解决了经皮氧分压测定在使用过程中因缺乏质量控制环节而出现的各种不规范问题,提出简单有效的提示语"洁""定""换",从而规避由此引出的医疗风险,保障医疗和科研工作顺利进行。
        Objective To establish the quality control management of transcutaneous oxygen pressure measurements so as to ensure the safety, efficiency and reliability of transcutaneous oxygen pressure measurements in use. Methods A scientific and rigorous quality control scheme was developed for the determination of transcutaneous oxygen pressure in accordance with the electrical safety and accuracy. Results The operation was checked regularly, and corresponding solutions and improvement measures were made for the problems. Conclusion The scheme solves the transcutaneous oxygen pressure measurements due to the lack of quality control links in the process of using all kinds of non-standard problems, put forward a simple and effective clues "clean" "set" and"change", so as to avoid the raises health risks, guarantee medical and scientific research work smoothly.
