温针灸联合穴位埋线治疗脾肾阳虚型肥胖的疗效及对脂质水平的影响

摘要
目的研究温针灸联合穴位埋线治疗脾肾阳虚型肥胖的疗效及对脂质水平的影响。方法选取2016年12月至2017年12月本院收治的84例患有脾肾阳虚型肥胖的患者,随机分组,每组42例,观察组给予温针灸联合穴位埋线治疗,对照组单纯给予温针灸治疗,治疗持续3个月,观察两组的临床疗效、体重指数(BMI)、体脂百分率(F%)及脂质水平变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);体重指数、体脂百分率较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);脂质水平:高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平较治疗前升高,低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平较治疗前均显著下降,且脂质水平改善情况观察组优于对照组。结论温针灸联合穴位埋线治疗脾肾阳虚型肥胖能显著提高治疗效率,改善脂质水平,可作为一种新型的治疗方法,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the curative effect of warm acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut implantation on spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type obesity and its effect on lipid level. Methods To choose between December 2016 and December 2017 in our hospital treated 84 cases of patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type obesity, random group, 42 cases in each group, observation group was given acupuncture combined therapy with acupuncture point bury a line, control group simply give warm acupuncture treatment, treatment for 3 months, observe the clinical effects of two groups, body mass index(BMI), body fat percentage change(F %) and lipid levels. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Body mass index and body fat percentage were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Lipid level: the level of high-density lipoprotein(hdl-c) was higher than that before treatment, while the levels of low-density lipoprotein(ldl-c), triglyceride(TG) and total cholesterol(TC) were significantly lower than that before treatment, and the improvement of lipid level in the observation group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion The treatment of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type obesity with warm acupuncture combined with point embedding can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and lipid level.
