多功能环冷机在邯钢的应用

摘要
分析了新型多功能环冷机在邯钢1~#435m~2烧结机运行中存在的问题,提出改进方法,解决了环冷机台车翻转不到位,支撑辊损坏、液密封失效、热风罩裙片变形等问题,实现作业率100%、系统漏风率小于5%、余热发电量达200 000kWh/d的目标。
The paper analyzes the existing problems in the operation of No.1 435 m~2 sintering machine project of Handan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.It provides the improvement methods to solve the problems like the pallet car of circular cooler cannot rotate properly, the damage of supporting roller, the hydraulic sealing is not effective, and the hot air hood shutter deformation, etc.It achieves the target that the operation rate is 100%, the systematic air leakage rate is less than 5%, and the waste heat generating capacity reaches 200000 kWh/d.
