再定位咬合板治疗颞下颌关节盘绞锁患者的临床研究

摘要
目的:探讨再定位咬合板治疗颞下颌关节盘绞锁患者的临床疗效。方法:选取某院共45例颞下颌关节盘绞锁患者作为研究对象,通过再定位咬合板进行治疗,治疗持续6个月,随访6个月,分析其临床疗效。结果:治疗前VAS评分(4.91±1.36)分,治疗结束VAS评分(1.53±0.84)分,治疗后3个月VAS评分(1.32±0.71)分,治疗后6个月VAS评分(1.16±0.59)分。治疗结束、治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月VAS评分、颞下颌关节功能各项指标均低于治疗前,P<0.05。结论:再定位咬合板治疗颞下颌关节盘绞锁患者具有良好的临床疗效,能有效缓解患者的疼痛感,促进其功能恢复,增加下颌的运动范围,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of repositioning occlusal plate in treatment of patients with temporomandibular joint disc lock. Methods: A total of 45 patients with temporomandibular joint disc lock in a hospital were selected as study subjects. The repositioned occlusal plate was used for treatment. The treatment lasted for 6 months and followed up for 6 months. Clinical efficacy was analyzed. Results: VAS score before treatment was(4.91±1.36), VAS score at the end of treatment was(1.53±0.84), VAS score at 3 months after treatment was(1.32±0.71), VAS score at 6 months after treatment was(1.16±0.59). At the end of treatment, 3 months after treatment, 6 months after treatment, VAS score and temporomandibular joint function were all lower than those before treatment, P<0.05. Conclusion: The repositioning occlusal plate in the treatment of patients with temporomandibular joint disk twist lock has good clinical curative effect, it can effectively relieve the patient's pain sensation, promote its functional recovery, and increase the range of motion of the mandible. It is worth of popularizing and applying.
