一种自动增压和调控流量氧气枕的设计与应用

摘要
目的设计和应用一种可自动增压和可调控氧气流量的氧气枕,用以解决临床危重患者在院内转运中的不便。方法新型氧气枕使用一种有机玻璃材质的氧气枕外罩和弹簧板,对氧气软枕外部进行持续的自动的均匀加压;使用可控调节流量阀和可显示流量的氧气装置,以调控和监测氧气枕输出流量,应用于患者的院内转运。将神经科重症病房中患者根据入科时间入组,对照组和观察组各80例进行对比。结果此新型氧气枕可通过新增配件自动持续供氧,并保证氧气流量的调控准确和稳定。通过临床应用,将两组患者在转运中氧气流量稳定性、患者氧疗的有效性和护士满意度进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论改良后的氧气枕克服了传统氧气枕在使用中的不足,在临床院内转运危重患者的氧气需求中具有方便性、安全性、可控性、准确性等优点。
        Objective To design and apply an oxygen pillow which can automatically pressurize and regulate oxygen flow to solve the inconvenient transportation of critical patients in hospital. Methods The new type of oxygen pillow used an oxygen pillow cover and spring plate made of plexiglass to continuously and automatically pressurize the outside of the flexible oxygen pillow, and used a controllable flow regulating valve and an oxygen device which could display the flow rate. To regulate and monitor the output flow of the oxygen pillow, applied to the patient's inhospital transport. According to the time of admission, 80 cases in control group and 80 cases in observation group were compared. Results The new oxygen pillow could automatically and continuously supply oxygen through new accessories, and ensured the accurate and stable control of oxygen flow. Through clinical application, the stability of oxygen flow, the effectiveness of oxygen therapy and the satisfaction of nurses were compared between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The modified oxygen pillow overcomes the deficiency of traditional oxygen pillow in use and has the advantages of convenience, safety, controllability, accuracy and so on.
