氨基修饰活性炭球吸附甲醛性能研究

摘要
采用三聚氰胺改性的酚醛树脂作为原料,从体相对酚醛树脂进行化学改性,经过乳化成球、热处理制备出氨基修饰的活性炭球。三聚氰胺改性酚醛树脂所得活性炭球的孔结构性能并无明显的提高,但是极大地改善其吸附甲醛性能。主要原因是氨基化学吸附能力提高了脱除性能。
        The phenolic resin modified by melamine was used as the raw material,to carry out chemical modification on the phenolic resin from the physiognomy,and the amino modified activated carbon spheres ware prepared by emulsification and heat treatment.The pore structure and properties of the activated carbon spheres modified by melamine have not been obviously improved,but their formaldehyde adsorption properties have been greatly improved.The main reason is that the chemical adsorption ability of amino groups improves the removal performance.
