固相萃取—气相色谱/质谱法测定水中半挥发性有机物

摘要
随着我国经济迅速发展,水资源也受到了不同程度的污染,水环境的破坏严重影响了人们的生活质量。在水污染中,半挥发性有机物占据了很大的部分,对水质量和安全性都产生了严重的影响,对水中半挥发性有机物的测定方面,固相萃取—气相色谱/质谱法具有显著的效果,本文对固相萃取—气相色谱/质谱法如何测定水中半挥发性有机物进行分析,并进行深入的了解。
With the rapid development of China's economy, water resources have been polluted to varying degrees, and the destruction of water environment has seriously affected people's quality of life. Semi-volatile organic compounds occupy a large part of water pollution and have a serious impact on water quality and safety. In order to achieve the determination of semi-volatile organic compounds in water, solid phase extraction-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry has a significant effect. Next, this paper analyses the determination of semi-volatile organic compounds in water by solid phase extraction-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. We have a deep understanding of this method.
