摘要
马钢气体公司为最大限度发挥现有设备功能,使马钢气体产品链延伸至高端气体产品,进行高纯氮气氩气研制开发。文章以马钢高纯氮气氩气研制开发项目为例,详细分析马钢高纯氮气氩气提纯工艺流程选择,叙述提纯装置设备安装方法,阐述提纯装置设备调试采用的技术攻关方法,介绍在提纯装置调试过程中处理设备发生的问题。
        Masteel Gas Company has developed high purity nitrogen and argon gas in order to maximize the functions of existing equipment and extend its gas product chain to high-end gas products. Taking the research and development project of Maanshan high-purity nitrogen and argon as an example,this paper analyzes in detail the selection of purification process flow of Maanshan high-purity nitrogen and argon,describes the installation method of purification equipment,expounds the technical research methods adopted in the debugging of purification equipment,and introduces the problems occurred in the processing equipment in the debugging process of purification equipment.
