摘要
某组件由0Cr18Ni11Ti不锈钢壳体、玻璃体和铁镍钴封接合金插针烧结而成。用硅橡胶套和可剥胶对插针和玻璃体进行保护后,以酸洗和喷丸去除不锈钢壳体表面的氮化物层,然后先对插针电镀铜、镍、金,再对不锈钢壳体电镀镍,有效改善了不锈钢壳体上镀镍层的外观与结合力。针对镀后针与针之间以及针与壳体之间绝缘电阻下降的问题,通过用纯酒精超声波清洗以及用蜡对玻璃体进行封孔处理加以解决。
An assembly was fabricated by sintering with a 0Cr18Ni11Ti stainless steel shell, a glass body, and several Fe–Ni–Co alloy pins. Pickling and shot peening were carried out to remove the nitride layer on stainless steel shell surface after the pins and glass body were protected with silicone sleeves and peelable adhesive. The pins were then electroplated with copper, nickel, and gold successively, and the stainless steel shell was electroplated with nickel. The appearance and adhesion of nickel coating on stainless steel shell were improved effectively. Ultrasonic cleaning in absolute alcohol and even sealing of the pores on glass body with wax were recommended to prevent the reduction of insulation resistance between pins and between pin and shell.
