摘要
介绍了中国氯碱工业现状,重点分析了中国氯碱工业目前面临的发展困境,指出突破思路:淘汰落后产能、调控新增产能已是迫不及待;深入开发特种树脂,实现PVC树脂功能化、差异化将增强企业的核心竞争力,带来新的利润增长点;一带一路战略带来转机,沿线国家基础建设需求旺盛,正在创造中国氯碱走出去的空间和机遇;继续发展下游耗氯产品,开发新兴领域也将助力氯碱工业突破现有状况,形成新的增长动力。国内氯碱行业已经进入转型升级的关键阶段,只有在众多发展机遇中把握好时机,才能在世界氯碱舞台创造新的辉煌。
        This paper induced the current situation of China 's chlor-alkali industry,analyzed its development predicament,and pointed out the breakthrough ideas. It was critical urgent to eliminate outdated production facilities,and to adjust and control new capacity. The development of special resins to realize the functionalization and differentiation of resins would reinforce the core competitiveness of enterprises and make new profit growth point. The Belt and Road Initiative could bring the favorable turn,and the great demand of infrastructure of the surrounding countries was also creating more space and opportunity to China 's chlor-alkali industry. Going on expanding downstream chlorine-consuming products and developing new fields would help the chlor-alkali industry break through the current situation,and form a new growth driving force. China's chlor-alkali industry has entered a critical stage of transformation and upgrading,and could create new glories in the world stage only by grabbing the critical development opportunities.
