水中分娩及心理支持的现代医学模式在焦虑初产妇中的影响

摘要
目的探究焦虑初产妇采用水中分娩与心理支持模式的效果和作用。方法择2016年2月~2016年12月于我院分娩的焦虑初产妇70例作为实验组,选取2016年2月~2016年12月我院所收纳的正常顺产产妇70例为参照组。分析对比2组焦虑产妇产程时间及出血量、活跃期与第二产程阶段疼痛感、新生儿Apgar评分。结果实验组第二产程、第三产程时间及出血量低于参照组,与参照组相比,实验组活跃期及第二产程阶段疼痛感水平较低,实验组新生儿肤色、心率、呼吸、肌张力及反射Apgar评分明显高于参照组,组间差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论水中分娩与心理支持能够改善初产妇焦虑问题,能够缓解产妇心理应激反应,应予以临床推广。
Objective To discuss the effect of using water delivery and psychological support of modern medical model in anxiety primipara. Methods Choosed 70 anxiety primiparas from Feb. 2016 to Dec. 2016 as study group, and 70 primiparas from same time as controlled group. Compared The stages of labor, bleeding amount, aching feeling second labor stage and newborn Apgar scores. Results The bleeding amount of study group in second and third labor stages were all less than controlled group.And aching feeling second labor stage and newborn Apgar scores of study group were better than controlled group(P<0.05). Conclusion Using water delivery and psychological support can improve anxiety primipara psychological stress to extend clinical.
