摘要

《国家海洋发展战略与浙江蓝色牧场建设路径研究》依据蓝色牧场理论体系,运用海洋渔业资源评估方法,摸清蓝色牧场建设基础,评估蓝色牧场发展潜力,构建蓝色牧场发展框架,绘制了浙江蓝色牧场发展蓝图,回答了"为什么要建设蓝色牧场""未来蓝色牧场的建设理念"以及"如何建设蓝色牧场"三个问题,具有实践指导价值。
        Based on the blue ranch theory system, the "Research on National Marine Development Strategy and Blue Ranch Construction Path in Zhejiang" uses the method of marine fishery resource assessment to find out the blue ranch construction foundation, evaluate the development potential of the blue ranch, and construct a development framework of blue ranch. The blueprint for the development of blue ranch in Zhejiang is drawn, and the three questions of "Why build blue ranch", "Construction concept of future blue ranch" and "How to build blue ranch" are given, which have practical guiding value.
