摘要
目的:建立转移因子口服液中核糖核酸的一测多评含量测定方法。方法:对转移因子口服液酶解条件、色谱方法筛选,以鸟嘌呤脱氧核苷酸为内参物,建立其余核苷酸,核苷及总核糖核酸含量的一测多评法。结果:各核苷酸及核苷峰形好,分离度高,一测多评法及多对照外标法测定结果基本一致。结论:此方法实现了转移因子口服液中核糖核酸的准确定量,同时提高检测效率,降低检测成本,适用于转移因子口服液中的核糖核酸的检测与监控。
        Objective:To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by singer-marker(QMSA)assay method for ribonucleic acid of transfer factor oral solution(TFO). Methods:Through the enzymatic hydrolysis condition of TFO and the HPLC method optimization,a QMSA assay method was established for nucleotide,nucleoside and total ribonucleic acid by using the guanine deoxynucleotide as the internal reference. Results:the peak shape of each nucleotide and nucleoside were good and the resolution was high. The result of QMSA method and multi-control external standard method were basically the same. Conclusion:the method realizes accurate quantification of ribonucleic acid in TFO,improves the detection efficiency,reduces the detection cost. It is suitable for the detection and monitoring ribonucleic acid in TFO.
