摘要
近年来,城市地区管网排水标准与水利排涝标准缺乏有效衔接已成为城市内涝的主要原因,有必要深入探讨两者之间的关系。引入破坏率概念,以江苏省南京站、盐城站、无锡站为雨量代表站,采用年最大值选样方法,深入考虑河道水位顶托对管网排水的影响,研究管网排水与水利排涝之间的重现期衔接关系。结果表明,在破坏率影响下,管网排水设计标准2、3、5年分别对应河道排涝标准10、15、20年,在压力流下可适当提高。研究成果可为城市防洪排涝工作及市政排水管网设计提供参考。
        Recently,the lack of effective connection between pipe drainage standards and river drainage standards has become the main reason of waterlogging in urban areas.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss the relationship between them.This study selected Nanjing station,Yancheng station and Wuxi station of Jiangsu Province as rainfall representative stations.Considering the influence of river water level on the drainage pipe network,the maximum annual sample selection method and the concept of damage rate were used to study the recurrence period connection between pipe drainage and water drainage.The results show that under the influence of damage rate,the pipe drainage design standards for 2 a,3 a,and 5 ashould correspond to the design criteria of river channel for 10 a,15 a,and 20 a,and it can be appropriately improved under the pressure flow condition.The research results can provide reference for urban flood control and drainage design of urban pipe network.
