摘要
通过涵养水源、减少水土流失、控制泥沙与面源污染,在湖库型水源地开展生态清洁小流域建设,对保障水源地饮水安全具有重要作用。在分析湖库型水源地保护现状基础上,提出湖库型水源地水土保持工作的目标任务和总体思路,以及因地制宜、因害设防、科技先行等防治原则,从加强组织、制度建设、宣传教育、科研协作等方面提出保障措施,并阐述了湖库型水源地水土保持与传统水土保持工作、水污染防治的关系,为今后一个时期湖库型水源地水土保持工作和规划提供借鉴。
        Building of ecologically-friendly small watershed in water sources areas of lake-reservoir type can play a critical role for ensuring safety of drinking water sources by protection and conservation, reducing soil and water loss and controlling sediment and non-point pollution. General principle, objectives and tasks are worked out based on investigation of current conditions of water source conservation, including adjusting measures to local conditions, taking preventive measures to eliminating damage and harm and science and technology advancement. Concrete measures such as institutional and managerial system improvement, public education and coordination of scientific and research institutions are put forward. Discussion are made on the relationship between soil conservation of lake-reservoir type water sources and conventional measures of soil conservation and pollution control, which shall be a good reference for other similar cases.
