水压致裂技术在综采工作面顶板管理中应用

摘要
针对大同矿区坚硬顶板难以垮落,威胁工作面安全生产的现状。在燕子山煤矿8403工作面实施水压致裂技术控制顶板,通过现场观测、钻孔窥视、工程类比等方法对水压致裂控制顶板效果进行了研究。结果表明:对顶板实施水压致裂技术后,顶板预先断裂,在岩体内部形成了纵横相间的裂隙,致使岩体完整性受到破坏,在工作面回采过程中提前垮落;通过对8401与8403工作面初次来压步距对比,实施水压致裂技术较深孔预裂爆破技术工作面初次来压步距缩短了10 m,实现了对坚硬顶板岩层的充分弱化,保证了初采期间顶板的及时冒落,消除了坚硬老顶初次破断冲击的安全隐患。
        Hard roof caving hard in datong mining area,the threat to face the current situation of production safety. In Yan Zi Shan coal mine 8403 working face roof control implementation of hydraulic fracturing technology,through the field observation,drilling peep,engineering analogy method to control the hydraulic fracturing effect of roof are studied. Results show that after the implementation of hydraulic fracturing technology from roof,roof fracture in advance,within the rock mass and formed a vertical and horizontal fractures,the integrity of rock mass damage,in the process of mining face caving in advance; By 8401 compared with 8403 working face of first weighting interval,the implementation of hydraulic fracturing technology is relatively deep hole pre-splitting blasting technology face first pressure step distance shortened the 10 m,has realized the full weakening of hard roof strata,ensure the timely caving roof during the preliminary extraction,eliminates the hard impact of main roof first breaking security hidden danger.
