摘要
为了实现超深双台阶水平井分层注水工艺中的水嘴快速、准确选择,提出一种基于FLUENT的水嘴选择方法,采用FLUENT软件对配水器通道压降、不同孔径、不同流量下的水嘴压降进行模拟,形成孔径、流量、压差数据库,然后采用无量纲化处理方法建立水嘴三参数单曲线拟合公式,摒弃水嘴流通系数影响,实现已知过流量、压差,准确计算水嘴直径。现场2口双台阶水平的应用结果表明,该方法可快速准确完成配水器水嘴选择,一次选择成功率100%、单层配水精度提高了6倍,该项水嘴选择方法适用于井下所有圆形孔板类水嘴的选择。
To realize a quick accurate choke selection for stage water-injection operations in 2-stage horizontal wells,a method based on FLUENT simulation is proposed in this paper.FLUENT software was used to simulate the pressure drop at different distributor channels,the pressure drop at different orifice diameters and different flow rates. With this database of choke diameter,flow rate,pressure drop,a single-curve 3-parameter fitting formula for choke selection is set up by using dimensionless treatment. The choke diameter can be accurately calculated from known flow rates and pressure drop,eliminating the effectsof discharge coefficient. Application in 2 horizontal wells prove this choke selection method can ensure a 100% choke selection success, single-layer water distribution accuracy increased 6times,and is suitable for selection of all downhole circular orifices.
