摘要
应用SoildWorks三维建模软件建立液压机机架实体模型,采用ANSYS-Workbench有限元软件对液压机机架的一般情况下和预应力状态进行模态分析,计算并分析前8阶固有频率和相应的模态振型。同时,通过静力学分析应力和变形的大致分布,并在此基础上进行拓扑优化,将优化后的模态与优化前模态进行了比较,改善液压机机架的动态特性,同时减轻了机架质量,确定了此方案的可行性。
SoildWorks 3 D modeling software was used to build the hydraulic press rack solid model.The ANSYS-Workbench finite element software was used to analyze the modal state of the hydraulic press rack under normal conditions and prestressed state. The first 8 natural frequencies and corresponding modes were calculated and analyzed. At the same time, the general distribution of stress and deformation is understood through static analysis, and topology optimization was performed on this basis. The optimized mode was compared with the pre-optimized mode to improve the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic press rack and reduce the mass of the rack. It determined the feasibility of this solution.
