摘要
总结了蓝莓多糖提取和分离纯化的技术方法,阐述了蓝莓多糖的生物活性,展望了蓝莓多糖的发展趋势及意义,旨在为蓝莓多糖的进一步研究提供参考。
        This paper reviews the technical methods for extracting,separating and purifying polysaccharides from blueberry,describes the biological activity of blueberry polysaccharides and expects its development trend and significance.It can supply a reference for further research of blueberry polysaccharides.
