摘要
带式输送机作为矿井生产运输中广泛使用的基础性设备,实现对其的集中控制,对于提升矿井现代化水平和生产效率有着积极意义。以此为着手点,在整体分析带式输送机集控系统设计的基础上,对该系统的硬件配置、PLC控制主程序、上位机配套软件选取、人机界面和变频装置选用等进行了探究,希望能为其他矿井相似工作的开展提供借鉴。
Belt conveyors are basic equipment widely used in mine production and transportation, so realize centralized control of them has positive significance for improving modernization level and production efficiency of mine. Taking this as the starting point, based on the overall analysis of the design of the belt conveyor centralized control system, this paper explored the hardware configuration, the main program of PLC control, the selection of software for the upper computer, man-machine interface and the selection of frequency conversion devices of the system. It is hoped to provide reference for the development of similar work in other mines.
